To register as a Hutchison Ports Ajman website user, click on the registration tab available at Home page or under Menu section. Fill the user registration form, attach the required documents and submit your registration request. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided with instructions on how to proceed.
As a registered user of Hutchison Ports Ajman, log in to your user account and follow the below steps: Click on "Dashboard" on the home page. Click on edit icon (Pen) Change the password as per password policy (a minimum of 8 characters, with an upper-case letter, lower-case letter, a number and a symbol) Make sure to confirm your password Click on "Save" button.
Send us an enquiry through “Contact Us” section, provide your registered email address in the email section, select “General” enquiry nature from drop down, and in the message provide new email ID. Once the username is changed we will send you an email.
If you forgot your password you can reset your password by clicking on "Forgot password" link available on the login screen, and we will send you instructions on your registered email on how to reset your password.

Container tracking is only available to registered users; you can search for container by providing Container number (for consignee, freight forwarder, shipping line and shipping line agent users) or vessel and voyage number (for shipping line and shipping line agent users).
