The following timings will be observed at Ajman Port & Customs during the Holy Month of Ramadan. 1. Customs Control Department and Documentation Department 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours (Sundays to Thursdays) 09:00 hours to 12:30 hours (Saturdays) 2. Customs Inspection Team 24 x 7 Operations (Iftar Break: 18:00 to 20:00 hours and Suhoor Break: 03:00 to 04:30 hours) 3. Ajman Municipality – Food Trading Office 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours (Sundays to Thursdays) 09:00 hours to 12:30 hours (Saturdays) 4. General Administration, Accounts and Commercial 08:30 hours to 14:00 hours (Sundays to Thursdays) 08:30 hours to 12:00 hours (Saturdays) 5. Customer Service and PSC Team 08:30 hours to 17:30 hours (Sundays to Thursdays) 08:30 hours to 12:30 hours (Saturdays) 6. Marine Operations: Berthing and un-berthing of vessel Normal hours: 08:00 hours to 14:00 hours Overtime: 14:00 hours to 08:00 hours 7. Container Vessel and Gate House Operations 24 x 7 Operations (Iftar Break: 18:00 to 20:00 hours and Suhoor Break: 03:00 to 04:30 hours) 8. Non-containerized Vessel Operations Ship side operations Normal hours: 08:00 hours to 14:00 hours Overtime: 14:00 hours to 08:00 hours 9. Warehouse Operations: Normal hours: 08:00 hours to 14:00 hours Overtime: 14:00 hours to 17:00 hours Note: Overtime operations on Fridays and Public Holidays by prior arrangement.
